Terms and Conditions: By participating in the sessions, a Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to the Pi Academy terms and conditions as stated herein, which serve as a participant agreement. Pi Academy or Sprouts shall not be responsible for anyone entering the session unlawfully or otherwise in breach of any applicable laws. Participants and audience members are expected to maintain discipline and respect towards the organizers and fellow participants. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the event constitutes a violation of Criminal and Civil Laws. Should such an attempt occur, Sprouts and Pi Academy Australia reserve the right to seek damages from that Participant to the fullest extent permitted by law, in accordance with our terms of service. Privacy Policy: If you choose to provide us with information, you consent to the use, transfer, processing, and storage of the information on our servers. The information you provide may be shared with third parties (excluding our group/holding/subsidiary companies and our service partners/associates) for marketing purposes and related activities. The event will be recorded for the internal use of Sprouts & Pi Academy and may also be shared on social media platforms. Participants' videos can be shared upon request.
